Terms and Conditions — q786 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the q786 website, mobile interface, and all related services ("the Platform"). q786 reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction or closure and the forfeiture of any bonus balance held at the time.

Every person who uses q786 must hold exactly one registered account. Creating more than one account per person — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different device or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the multiple accounts.

When registering your q786 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must not register using another person's identity, fictitious details, or details that misrepresent your age or location.

q786 is required to conduct identity verification on accounts before processing withdrawals and periodically during active use. All financial transactions on q786 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q786 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not conduct any currency conversion. All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are in PKR.

q786 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which must be registered in the name of the account holder making the transaction:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — Mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — Digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — Digital wallet transfer
• Bank IBFT — Interbank Funds Transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — Debit or credit card

The minimum deposit at q786 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit applicable across all payment methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which q786 has no control over. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your q786 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving bank IBFT, processing may take up to one business day.

q786 does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder, q786 reserves the right to hold or return the funds and may restrict the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals from q786 are processed in PKR to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to an account verified as belonging to the same account holder. q786 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment details under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal from q786 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the withdrawal section of your q786 account. Standard processing timeframes are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Processed within the same business day for standard amounts. Typically credited within 15–60 minutes of processing.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: Processed within the same business day.
• Bank IBFT: Processed within 1–2 business days, subject to inter-bank clearing schedules.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your q786 account must have completed identity verification. If verification has not been completed, your withdrawal request will be held pending the provision of the required documents. This is not a q786 penalty — it is a standard compliance requirement that applies to all withdrawal requests regardless of amount.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full details of bonus withdrawal conditions.

q786 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific conditions stated in the offer itself.

General bonus conditions applicable across all q786 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• One bonus per offer per player: Each promotional offer at q786 may be claimed once per eligible player. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, multiple payment methods, or other means — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated bonus balances being forfeited and the account being restricted.

• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active on your q786 account, the maximum single bet or stake is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is greater. Bets placed above this limit during bonus play may be voided at q786's discretion.
• Bonus abuse: q786 actively monitors for patterns that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies used to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, and coordination with other players to exploit promotions. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.

All bets placed at q786 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. General rules applicable across all q786 betting and gaming activity are set out below.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from q786 and the relevant amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that have not been confirmed in this way are not valid and carry no entitlement to a payout.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. The minimum bet at q786 is Rs 50 for most games and Rs 100 for most sports betting markets. Maximum stakes may be adjusted by q786 at any time including for individual accounts where the volume or pattern of play warrants it.

Odds changes: In sports betting, odds displayed at the time you begin placing a bet may change before you confirm the bet. q786 will display any odds change before your bet is confirmed and you may choose to accept or decline the new price. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at confirmation are final.

Errors in odds and game settings: q786 makes every reasonable effort to display correct odds and game settings. In the event of a clear and manifest error — such as odds that are obviously wrong due to a technical fault — q786 reserves the right to void the relevant bet regardless of whether it has already been settled. This right applies even after a payout has been credited where the error is discovered after settlement.

Void bets: A bet may be voided by q786 in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled, the event not reaching a settled state within the defined timeframe, technical errors, or match-fixing suspicion. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to your q786 balance.

In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted based on the live data feeds available to q786 at the time of placement. In rare circumstances where the in-play data feed experiences a significant delay or failure, q786 may suspend in-play markets. Bets placed during a period of data feed disruption may be voided at q786's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q786 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reports being filed with relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account per person or household.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the q786 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that seeks to disguise the origin of funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or loopholes in q786 game rules or promotional terms.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with q786 without human input.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other game where collusion affects the outcome for other participants.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with knowledge of predetermined outcomes in any sporting or esports event.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted area of the q786 platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards q786 staff or other players.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

q786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

Where an account is suspended or restricted, the account holder will ordinarily be notified by email and will be given an opportunity to provide information relevant to the investigation. q786 aims to resolve account investigations within 14 business days of the initial suspension, though complex cases may take longer.

In cases of confirmed Terms breach, q786 may withhold all or part of the account balance. Where funds are withheld following a finding of fraud or prohibited conduct, this is not a final forfeiture until q786 has completed its internal review. You have the right to request an explanation of any account restriction by contacting support@q786.ws.

You may close your own q786 account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tools available on the Responsible Gaming page rather than simply closing your account, as the self-exclusion process provides stronger protections.

q786 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform incorporates a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at any time without restriction.

The following tools are available through your q786 account settings and through the Responsible Gaming page:

Any unauthorised use of q786 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

q786's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes q786's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

q786 collects and processes personal data as described in the q786 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using q786, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary: q786 collects the personal data you provide during registration and verification, transaction data, and usage data from your interaction with the Platform. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. q786 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

q786 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, q786 will notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use q786 after revised Terms have been published and have come into effect, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to the Terms, you should stop using q786 and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.
